The Hiring Process

After phone interviews, we bring the most promising candidates in for an in-person interview on the job site so that we can personally meet them and get a feel for who they are. Then we thoroughly vet them with the following checks:

Background Check

An online background check for all potential employees via a top-rated service.

Social Security Number

A Social Security number is required and verified with the I.R.S.

Sexual Offender Check

Thorough background check through the Official Sexual Offender Registry.

Cori Check

Massachusetts state Cori Check is completed for all employees.

I.D. Check

Two forms of ID are checked and verified, then copied as part of the hiring process.

References

A minimum of three personal/professional references are required and verified.
